A ruby red wine with crimson nuances. This wine shows elegant red fruit aromas, especially cherries, and some pepper and chocolate notes. Well balanced and with a nice persistence and smooth tannins.

BARDOLINO Bardolino DOC

A ruby red wine with an immediate aroma recalling the original grapes and fermentation aromas. On the nose strawberries and fresh fruits.
Very smooth and balanced taste, good structure.

PINOT GRIGIO Pinot grigio

Tasting

Intense yellow colour with gold reflexes. It has an extremely complex and delicate nose. We can notice fruity aromas, especially pear and peach. It has a great structured and lengthy sapidity.

The harvest of grapes begins in the third week of August. The must, obtained after a soft pressing of the whole grape, ferments at a low temperature in steel tanks with selected wine yeasts.
Pinot Grigio is kept with its own yeasts for about four months in steel tanks after the alcoholic fermentation and it will be ready for sale after a couple of months of refinement in bottles.

GARGANEGA Garganega - Veronese IGP

The wine obtained from Garganega grapes expresses a distinct personality with intense and elegant fruity sensations. On the palate minerality and softness give a very pleasant effect.

CUSTOZA Custoza DOC

Tasting

On the nose a fragrance of white flowers and ripe peaches. The union of more than one kind of grape exalts the taste and the aroma of its complex varietal aromas.
The result is a straw yellow wine with golden hues, marked by a great complexity, pleasant sapidity and structure. We can note a very pleasant and refreshing acidity.

Trebbianello, Garganega and Trebbiano toscano grapes are harvested separately according to their optimal ripening period. Vinification takes place separately in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature with selected wine yeasts.
Each wine is kept on its own yeasts for about four months until the moment of assembly in steel tanks.
The wine is ready to drink after a month of refinement in the bottle.

CHIARETTO Bardolino chiaretto - DOC

Tasting

Intense pink color, with a marked fragrance recalling the original grapes and the fruity aromas of strawberries and raspberries. It has an enjoyable acidity balanced by a great sapidity.

SPUMANTE BIANCO Spumante metodo classico

Straw yellow with golden highlights, with fine and persistent perlage. The nose shows notes of white flowers and fresh fruits of white paste. The palate is balanced, creamy and fruity.

SPUMANTE ROSE' Spumante metodo classico

Tasting

Delicate pink color, with fine and persistent perlage . On the nose a fragrance that recalls the original grapes and fruity aromas. It has an enjoyable acidity balanced by a great flavor and creaminess.

Partial maceration of skin with racking off after few hours from the beginning of fermentation and, in order to accentuate the fermented fruity aromas, the temperature is not allowed to go above 16 °C. The wine is matured on the yeasts until the next spring. Then the wine goes through a re -fermentation in the bottle using selected yeasts.
For minimum 12 months resting in the cellar at a controlled temperature of 14 °C. Manual on wood pupitres.
