Cinquepassi Rosso IGT Veneto
Of deep red colour tending to purple. At nose shows characteristic scent of black cherries and ripe berries. The palate is structured, ripe and fruity with soft tannins and lingering nish. It is suitable for several years aging.
Serve at 18° C.
VINIFICATION
Maceration in steel vats for 10 days at controlled temperature. Maturation and ning is carried in steel vat for 6 months.
PRODUCTION AREA
The grapes are sourced from privately owned vineyards running on hills in Veneto.
ALCOHOL = 13.5% by vol.
